YDQ Inspiren Co., Ltd is a company focused on Retractable Cable Reels since 2002. We design, develop and produce various retractable cable reels and supply to many prestigious customers worldwide. Our factory is based in China and we are registered in Singapore as Inspiren Technology Pte Ltd for product development and international sales.

We have a team of 200 technicians and 50 designers. Our factory has a throughput of over 10 million reels per year. Our products are environmentally friendly and comply to CE, VDE and UL standards. They are widely used for electrical appliances, medical equipment, power systems, electrical car charging and so on.  




1. How can I place an order?

You can contact any of our sales person for an order. Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time.
For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with Email Skype,TradeManger,WeChat,PhoneCall or other instant ways, in case of any delays.


2. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in retractable cable reel to design and manufacturing.Just tell us your ideas,application  and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect cable reels
 
3. How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 7days or so. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 works days.
 
4. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Always 20-35days based on general order .
 
5. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
 
6. What is the payment way?
We accept T/T,western Union .

Our factory loaded in dongguan guangzhou China, you can come here by air to guangzhou airport,and then call us to pick up

Before customer place order, we will sent each sample to customer for approve.Before shipment, our QC staff will check quality 1pcs by 1pcs.and the product it has VDE ,UL ,CCC ,CE ect certification for the cable and roll , Quality is our culture.
