Lu Yanwei: First of all, let me talk about the theme of this forum. Why did you choose this theme? We are discussing what topics to choose, saying that localization and internationalization are not about localization, internationalization, localization and internationalization. Why? The industrial structure of the electrical industry has been formed to the present, and there are two major types of enterprises, one is a state-owned capital control enterprise, and the other is a foreign-controlled enterprise. We all think that these companies are local companies and should have the same treatment. So we adopted the concept of localization, not localization. This is not the same as the concept of other industries in the machinery manufacturing industry. Because these two types of enterprises have strong strengths in China, they are all companies that can compete in the same market. The treatment should be equal. So we think they are all localized companies. So it is localization, not localization.

Regarding internationalization, Minister Zhao also said that the current situation is that China’s supply of electricity has eased in recent years, but in some developing countries, the contradiction of their power shortage has become more and more obvious, with China’s previous years. The situation is the same. Therefore, the demand for power generation equipment, transmission equipment and electrical products in the international market has increased a lot. Enterprises whose domestic capital can be controlled can compete with the same international platform. We should also go to the international market as soon as possible. A large market of electrical products is in these developing countries. India is one of the most obvious examples. India now has a total installed capacity of 1,000 kilowatts, and the population is not much less than ours. The overall development of the economy has made people's quality of life improve, and electricity is indispensable. For these reasons, we propose localization and internationalization, rather than localization and internationalization. This is the pattern that has been formed in our electrical and industrial manufacturing industries after so many years of development and adjustment of industrial structure. Some of our industries, like the automotive industry, have stronger foreign-controlled companies than our domestic brands, but not in the electrical industry. We can divide our work separately, and I will talk about it later. We will innovate together to meet the needs of the domestic market and even meet the needs of developing countries.

The development of our company always has a prediction for the future, in order to know how to develop? What is the speed of development? How is the product developed? How to expand production capacity? What is the basis of everyone? This digital game is now, I think the 1.48 billion kilowatt low program, which involves an energy issue. I am not sure now, but this data will continue. The enlightenment to us is how do we deal with this trend? If we are still doing the same as in the past, according to the prediction of 1 billion kilowatts or 900 million kilowatts in 2020, we may not be able to meet the demand for our power generation equipment manufacturing capacity.

Now China's summer electricity consumption is particularly high, and air conditioning power is quite large. These developments are indeed what we did not expect before.

I have not thought of it myself. Up to now, our steel output has reached 500 million tons. This is a lot of energy consumption. Who can think of this? But with so much consumption, the market does not have a backlog in the warehouse. This year, I sent so much electricity. Electricity is a special commodity. It is impossible to have stocks. It is used. In China's economic development, economists are saying that there are many things that are unpredictable, but I think there are always some rules to look for, and we should keep track of them to predict our entire industry. The electrical industry still has a good prospect. The problem is how to have better products to adapt to the needs of the Chinese market and adapt to the needs of the Chinese market. The primary issue now is to make a fuss about the product structure around this topic.

Energy saving and emission reduction is a very hot topic. The coal consumption index of low pressure parameters is very high. The problem is that the pressure is large and small. How can we truly reflect the goal of energy saving and emission reduction? This is another problem. We can't just say what it is. The central government advocates a scientific outlook on development. We must at least have a scientific attitude. Our electrical industry and manufacturing industry have the responsibility to fully reflect these issues. In the energy-saving and emission-reduction scheme, the concept of circular economy is proposed. In the waste discharge, 4r should be reused, reduced, reused, remanufactured and recycled. How to achieve this problem in the electrical industry? I feel that a lot of structural adjustments should be made in our product structure to develop suitable products. How to save energy in the energy-saving system of the motor? Is it a way to exchange electricity, can other methods not work? How to promote? It's all a problem. Our company is duty-bound to save energy and reduce emissions. At the same time, we should conduct scientific arguments and explain these technical issues clearly.

Just now Eaton is talking about this, don't use the sulphur hexafluoride gas cabinet, and then don't use it cheaply. Because it is very damaging to the environment, how can it be used? What is the right development? The issue of energy conservation and emission reduction is here, and all the companies present here should think about what kind of responsibilities should be fulfilled on this issue. You should reduce your harmful gas emissions, reduce emissions, and recycle them. We want to provide energy-efficient products for electrical products that other departments need. Energy-saving lighting is also a very important issue, so a series of problems, in the future, in research and development, products, we should do a lot of work around our requirements for energy saving and emission reduction. Throughout the improvement of our national living standards, the construction of small towns also requires a large amount of electrical products for distribution, and we also need a large number of energy-saving products. This is closely related to everyone here, so our main task should be here. If we have such a good energy-saving product, we will improve our competitiveness in the international market in the future and directly provide energy-saving products to others.

Below I want to talk about the issue of innovation. We are now engaged in localization and autonomy. I don’t think our concept should be old-fashioned. Anything is done by myself. Why can’t we use the two resources at home and abroad in the context of economic globalization? Well, people have this technology, but not necessarily the best technology for multinational companies. There are many small businesses that are also good. The technology of small and medium-sized enterprises is also good. Some of us have not reached that level. I think they can all suck.娶 Absorption, for my use. In particular, if some other products are not well done and the technology is not good, then don't do it. This does not involve the issue of monopoly.

Comrade Hu Jintao’s speech in the Central Party School’s speech is unwavering. One of them is unswerving and unwavering in reform and opening up. How open is it open? We say that localization is actually continuing to open up. I don't insist that you must be localized. I am talking to some companies now, don't particularly emphasize national industry. In the economic globalization, when we enter the WTO, we use that. Words, which are really important to the enterprise, are controlled by domestic capital. Domestic capital also has two meanings: one is state-owned capital and the other is private capital. Then why not use private capital to save state-owned capital? the same. Now even military industrial enterprises must be open to private capital. In this way, in the context of economic globalization, how to make full use of domestic and foreign resources to make our products better. I went to see the factory in Phoenix, Germany, and bought his products. It is not localized to buy him. no. Give full play to their strengths so that we can integrate some good things and improve the quality of our products. Our level can be improved, and this is also innovation. Should we also look at these issues with a new perspective, and our minds will be more liberated. We will better implement the open policy and use the market like China. I feel that when I use this market and continue to develop our goals, on the one hand It is important to meet the needs of our domestic market. It is very important for us to target the demand for electrical products in the development process in the world, especially in developing countries, and the need for the entire terminal to grow electrical energy.

We must learn how to cooperate with some good foreign companies? Not necessarily ABB, Siemens can not, there are many good companies, its small and medium-sized enterprises, some do very well, why not. Today, on this issue, we are actually localizing and internationalizing around our theme. After the electrical industry is a relatively sound and complete industrial chain in the entire equipment manufacturing industry, what level of development, we have to come up and look at forward-looking issues, we are talking about this issue every time, everyone can communicate . I think we should move in this direction.
