Application of Yonghong FBs series PLC on small lead-free wave soldering machine

I. Overview

II. Process Description

The dual wave soldering machine must first add three temperatures of solder temperature, preheat temperature, and preheat compensation temperature to the set temperature value. When the conditions are established, the whole machine can be produced. Put the PCB board on the track, press the start switch, the transmission motor runs, the air pump starts, the spray flux, the spraying of PCB flux is completed, and the delay air pump stops. When the PCB board reaches the left preheat zone, the transmission motor stops, the PCB board stops in the preheat zone, and the warm-up counts down. After the time is up, the transmission motor starts, the PCB board runs to the right, the tin pump motor starts to spray tin, and the PCB board passes The preheating compensated temperature zone enters the spray tin zone. After the tin spray zone has passed, the tin pump stops. When the PCB plate reaches the right side, the transmission motor stops and the cold wind motor starts. Such a complete cycle is over.

The operating switches include: start switch, emergency stop switch.
Output points: Three areas of heating solid state relays, transmission motors, two pumps for tin pumps, smoke evacuation motors, air pump motors, cooling motors, and power protection points.
Analog input points: Temperature detection in three zones.
Both the transmission motor and the tin-pump motor require speed regulation. The inverter is used and the speed requires communication settings.

IV. Programming

The programming includes PLC program and touch screen program including four major functions: equipment parameters, manual debugging, production screen, and alarm query.
The following are some of the features: Each action of the device can be completed in the manual commissioning screen. It is very useful when starting the commissioning of equipment and maintenance.
Device parameters can be set from the touch screen, including temperature, time, and PID coefficients.
Alarm query, you can quickly find the cause of the fault.
The production screen puts the display data and buttons used for production into this screen. It is convenient for the user to monitor the temperatures, process instructions, and operations on these screens in the three areas.
The speed setting of the transmission motor and the tin pump motor is the setting of the touch screen to the PLC, and then the PLC transmits the inverter to each motor through PORT1. The function of the MODBUS master station in the PLC is very convenient.
Since it takes a while for the tin pan to cool down, a shutdown button is set. When pressing this shutdown button, the PLC counts when the temperature drops to 80? Cut off the power. This will make it easier for users to come back from work and not have to wait for the temperature to come down before they are safer.
