The energy saving methods for high-pressure sodium lamp street lamps at home and abroad are as follows: to improve the power supply efficiency of the sodium lamp, and to install a capacitor in the existing magnetic ballast lamp to increase the power factor to 80~90%, which can not generate street lamps.
