The monitoring system uses industrial bus RS-485 network system, the host computer adopts REMO-3100 industrial computer, the data acquisition module adopts R-8000 series, collects all the parameters of all the host, auxiliary machine and other data to the computer to complete the monitoring and alarming. , diagnosis and control. The system provides the query and printing functions of alarm information and historical data to provide reference for the driver and control personnel. When the data exceeds the set alarm value, the monitoring system will display the alarm information in real time and output the control signal to drive the external alarm.

(2) Switch input
The module R-8052D is an 8-channel digital input module. This system uses a passive switch input. Normally, it is an open circuit. If any one of the circuits is closed, the corresponding point on the computer interface will be changed to red (normally green). ), and the corresponding alarm is displayed at the bottom of the screen. After the alarm is released, there is a corresponding record in the alarm log.
(3) Analog input
Module R-8017/R-8017C is an 8-channel analog input module that collects some linear variables. The system uses 0~10V/4~20mA signal input. According to different requirements, the alarm range is specified. The alarm process is the same as the switch quantity.
(4) Switch output
Module R-8068D is an 8-channel relay output module, which is mainly used for some alarms and related actions, such as control of valves and fans.
(5) Programmable Communication Control Module
The module R-8188XD module is a streamlined PC that can run some user programs independently. Because of the large amount of I/O in the system, the data processing volume is large. If the host processing alone will cause a certain delay, the data front-end R-8188XD processing, when the host needs related data, read directly from the R-8188XD, thus greatly saving the host's resources and optimizing the processing speed of the entire system.

This system will ship various equipment data that need to be detected through R-8000 series module and upload it to the host via RS-485 bus.
