Cui Huafeng: Office art and light in my eyes
On August 23, 2008, the Light and Shadow Space Office Space and Lighting Design Seminar was held at the Guangzhou Jiayi International Hotel. Designers from all walks of life gathered here to design for office lighting. Aladdin Lighting Network specially invited Cui Huafeng, a well-known indoor designer in Guangzhou, to listen to his unique interpretation of office lighting design from three levels: office, art and light.
Lighting is an essential condition for interior design.
In the office space, office is the basic need; then in order to make the office staff in it feel comfortable, to boost morale, you need art to join; the third purpose is to show the guests, the owner pursues They are all considered in the purpose of their needs.
People in the office have emotions and needs, just a kind of support that supports our activities in it.
Now the mistake that our interior designers make is to impose many things that the interior design has to show to the people they use. In fact, design is a business.
For cola and herbal tea, cola is a carbonated drink. Quenching thirst is just an appearance, and herbal tea can start from the basics and completely serve the body's functional system. And our design is the same, it must be gradually intrinsic, rather than just thinking about the appearance, this is the most clear point for all people engaged in design.
Since the reform and opening up, the motherland's economy has developed rapidly. People are in an anxious study and life work every day. The inner and body functions are mobilized at a high speed. However, people still want to return to calm when they are resting. In fact, from the beginning of the Book of Songs, the Eastern culture has been pursuing a unique calm, a culture of health, and calmness is the most prominent feature of Eastern culture. This calm, interior design can be achieved. In view of the calm characteristics of Eastern thought, it is feasible to use it to guide the design and express the charm of space.
The lighting can play a very good role in the mood. The lighting has developed to the present day. The function of lighting is not the most important factor of office conditions. The appearance of lighting is more important. However, there are still many owners who have their own inherent ideas. They do not understand the effect on space in investing in lighting. Just like the concept of secondary reflection, many owners only consider the problem of energy consumption and ignore the effect. Our interior designers and lighting designers work together to overcome these inherent concepts in order to escape. This market needs to be cultivated.
