The recalled models—HP00, HP01, HP02, and HP03—were produced between October 1, 2015, and June 30, 2017, and originated from Malaysia. The issue lies in the product manual, which failed to include an important safety warning: "This product should not be placed directly under a power outlet." This omission could lead users to misuse the device, posing a potential safety risk.
