The terrestrial digital TV transmission standard GB 20600-2006 "Frame Structure, Channel Coding and Modulation of Digital TV Terrestrial Broadcast Transmission System" was enforced on August 1, 2007. In 2008, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shenyang, Qingdao, Qinhuangdao, Guangzhou 8 Olympic cities such as Shenzhen and Shenzhen have successively launched terrestrial high-definition television programs. In recent years, terrestrial digital TV pilot broadcasts and single-frequency network pilot construction have been carried out throughout the country, and the coverage of terrestrial digital TV signals has gradually spread. At the same time, the series of terrestrial digital TV receiver standards as an important part of China ’s terrestrial digital TV standard system, GB 20600-2006, has also been released after more than two years of research and formulation work, and will be released in 2011. It will be officially implemented from January 1.
