Between 100-130 lm / w, which can be divided into two intervals of 110-115 lm / w and 115-130 lm / w. Looking forward to 2011, it is expected that the luminous efficiency of LED chip products sold by Jingdian will increase to 120-150lm/w in the second half of 2011.
Chairman Li said that in 2010, Jingdian LED chip products were mainly used in the backlight field, of which LED TV backlights accounted for about 30%, plus NB backlights, etc., the proportion of LED chips used in the overall backlight field accounted for about 55%. In other applications, lighting accounts for about 20% of the total. In terms of sales area, China's mainland accounted for about 20% of Jingdian's sales revenue in 2010, and this ratio may increase in the future.
According to Gaogong LED, the latest high-voltage (HV) LED chip of Jingdian has reached 160lm/w, and it is expected to start mass production in 2011.
