At present, the production capacity of stellar lighting filaments can reach 100,000 pieces/day, and the output value is 5 million yuan/month.

The stellar lighting LED filament bulb lamp adopts the unique patented technology to develop a cylindrical full-angle illuminating light source, and has the advantages of high brightness, high light efficiency, high index, and high cost performance.

"At present, our filament lamp production line has more than 20 pressure welding equipment, 3 sealing production lines, and an average daily output of 45,000 bulbs. The annual output value can reach 150 million yuan." Wang Zhigen, chairman of Stellar Gaohong, said that the company has recently There will be 6 production lines in place, and the production scale will be further improved. It is expected to reach more than 200,000 daily production capacity and achieve a monthly output value of 10 million yuan.

It is reported that at present, customers in Europe, America, South Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East especially like the shape and color temperature of filament lamps and incandescent lamps. The reaction to LED filament lamps is very enthusiastic and they are willing to pay a higher price.
