1.1 Adoption of Domestic Openness, One Step System, Online Bid Opening
1.2 Bidding conditions
The project has been approved by the Development and Reform Commission of the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission for the approval of a new 300MW wind power project in the paddock.
1.3 Project Overview and Bidding Scope
Section I: A total of 33 sets of fan and tower installation, host model: United Power 2MW, tower height 80m. Among them, 16 sets of UP2000-96S, 4 sets of UP2000-96IIIA, and 13 sets of UP2000-115S. The bidding work was carried out on two separate working surfaces for on-site lifting work, and hoisting machines were equipped in accordance with the two work surfaces.
II Bid section: A total of 35 sets of fans and towers are installed. The model of the main engine is 2MW of combined power and the tower height is 80m. Among them, there are 2 sets of UP2000-96S, 9 sets of UP2000-96IIIA, and 24 sets of UP2000-115S. The bidding work was carried out on two separate working surfaces for on-site lifting work, and hoisting machines were equipped in accordance with the two work surfaces.
III Bid Section: The total number of fans and towers installed is 38 sets. The model of the main engine is 2MW combined power and the tower height is 80m. Among them, 9 sets of UP2000-96S, 17 sets of UP2000-96IIIA, and 12 sets of UP2000-115S. The bidding work was carried out on two separate working surfaces for on-site lifting work, and hoisting machines were equipped in accordance with the two work surfaces.
IV Lot: 44 sets of fan and tower installation, host model: United Power 2MW, tower height 80m. There are 10 sets of UP2000-96S, 19 sets of UP2000-96IIIA, and 15 sets of UP2000-115S. The bidding work was carried out on two separate working surfaces for on-site lifting work, and hoisting machines were equipped in accordance with the two work surfaces.
The main work includes: tower installation, cabin installation, blade installation, unit control cabinet installation, electrical wiring within the unit, control cable wiring connections, and wind turbine manufacturers for unit acceptance, commissioning. Fans, towers, accessories and other unloading, inspection, storage, and other installation contents indicated in the fan installation manual. Installation tools (except special spreaders) are provided by bidders. Cleaning of internal and external sanitation of towers, nacelles, blades, hubs and other equipment; responsible for the collection, centralized storage and installation of equipment racks. After the completion of the installation, it is responsible for loading and recycling by the manufacturer. If any loss occurs, compensation shall be made according to the equipment manufacturer's quotation; after lifting is completed; The masonry of the platform below the tower ladder and the installation of various identification plates for the fan.
