Element14 supplies Analog Devices EVAL-ADICUP360 evaluation board for high-precision analog application development

The EV kit provides a complete ecosystem of integrated open source development tools, software examples and hardware modules with hardware in Arduino/ PMOD form factor for easy plug-and-play functionality and compatibility with ADI or third-party expansion boards Perform rapid prototyping.

The evaluation board consists of two building blocks. One is a fully integrated 3.9 kSPS, 24-bit data acquisition system. It integrates a dual-core, high-performance multi-channel sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC), 32-bit ARM CortexTM-M3 processor, and Flash/EE memory on a single-chip microcontroller, the ADuCM360. In wired and battery-powered applications, the ADuCM360 is designed to interface directly with external precision sensors for:

Intelligent precision sensing system
4 mA to 20 mA loop powered smart sensor system
Medical equipment and patient monitoring
Another building block is the onboard serial line debug (SWD) interface based on the OpenSDA platform. This module allows designers to program and debug ADuCM360 microcontroller devices using a free software development tool chain; the ADuCM360 IDE also provides them with easy-to-use development tools with no code size limitations.
