Patulin is a mycotoxin produced by various fungal species, with *Penicillium* being one of the most common sources. It frequently contaminates spoiled or rotten apples, including apple juice and puree. Due to its immunotoxic and genotoxic properties, more than 50 countries, including the United States and the European Union, have set maximum limits for patulin in juice—typically 50 μg/kg. The U.S. FDA has also established a limit of 50 μg/L for patulin in juice. Traditional methods for detecting patulin involve liquid-liquid extraction followed by HPLC-UV analysis. However, these methods are time-consuming and require large amounts of solvents, prompting the need for simpler and faster sample preparation techniques. The SupelMIP molecularly imprinted SPE series offers a highly selective solution for extracting patulin from complex matrices. These cartridges are made of highly crosslinked polymers that mimic the target molecule during synthesis, creating a precise "imprint" that matches the structure of patulin. This high selectivity allows the SPE product to withstand harsh rinsing conditions while effectively capturing the analyte. Apply strong vacuum for 10–15 seconds. Then, apply another 0.5 mL and vacuum again. 5. **Elute** the target compound with 2 mL of ethyl acetate. 6. **Evaporate** the eluate to near dryness and re-dissolve it in 1 mL of 0.1% aqueous acetic acid. Throughout the process, the flow rate should be carefully controlled at 1–2 drops per second. **Experimental Results:** The MIP SPE method yielded excellent recovery rates and good reproducibility. On average, the recovery of patulin was 84%. The chromatogram showed no interfering peaks, indicating that the SupelMIP SPE effectively removed impurities such as HMF that often interfere in traditional methods.  **Conclusion:** The use of SupelMIP SPE cartridges for patulin analysis in apple juice proves to be an efficient and reliable technique. By selectively adsorbing patulin during the SPE process, it significantly reduces matrix interference.
