Hello everyone!
I’m writing to you in 2013 to summarize my work from the past year. I always feel that I haven’t had enough time to truly reflect on the experiences and emotions I gained throughout this year. As 2014 is now approaching, I find myself looking back at the memories and reflections of 2013.
2013 was a significant turning point in my life. It brought more challenges and self-reflection in my role. During my third year with the company, I faced both opportunities and obstacles, which deepened my sense of responsibility and courage. Looking back at the difficult journey I've gone through, I realize that the results are now part of the past, and 2014 marks a new chapter in my life.
At the beginning of the year, I often thought about what had happened over the past twelve months. I remember clearly that half a year ago, the leadership entrusted me with the important task of the XXX engineering transformation and installation project. I am deeply grateful for their trust and support.
Under the guidance and constructive feedback from the leaders, I remained dedicated to my work and fulfilled my responsibilities diligently. The combination of hard work and perseverance helped me recognize my own weaknesses and grow as a professional. These changes were not immediate but came gradually over time. In the days of working hard, I was full of passion, sweat, and even moments of struggle. Pushing myself forward, I encountered situations I had never faced before, but with the support of my leaders and colleagues, I learned how to perform better and gain a deeper understanding of what it means to live and work with purpose.
Here, I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the leaders and colleagues who supported and encouraged me throughout 2013.
With the new year comes a fresh start. I am determined to do an even better job in 2014 and actively cooperate with all the leadership arrangements. I will continue to strive for excellence and contribute to the success of our team.
