In my third year at the company, I felt the weight of responsibility increasing, and I became more determined to prove myself. The difficult path I walked during this time has left me with many memories and lessons that will stay with me forever.
One of the most memorable moments was when the leadership entrusted me with the important task of the XXX engineering transformation and installation project. I am deeply grateful for their trust and support. With their guidance and the help of my colleagues, I managed to overcome obstacles and improve my skills. This experience not only helped me understand the importance of teamwork but also made me more confident in my abilities.
Throughout the year, I remained dedicated to my role, striving to fulfill my responsibilities to the best of my ability. Although there were times when I faced difficulties and doubts, I always tried to push forward. I learned that hard work, perseverance, and self-reflection are essential to success. I also realized that I have much to improve, and I am committed to continuing to grow in the future.
This year has been tough, but it has also been rewarding. I am grateful to everyone who supported me, especially the leaders and colleagues who believed in me. Their encouragement and assistance played a crucial role in my development. I want to express my sincere thanks to each of them.

In the blink of an eye, 2013 has come to an end, and 2014 is just around the corner. I’m here to share my reflections and work summary for the past year.
2013 was a remarkable year for our engineering department. As a manager, I’m proud to say that we achieved a lot through hard work and dedication. Our team worked tirelessly to complete projects on time and improve customer satisfaction. However, I also noticed that there is still room for improvement in terms of professional skills. I hope the leadership will consider investing more in training and development. If we can enhance our expertise, it will benefit the entire company and make my job easier.
Looking back, I’ve gone through a lot this year—some good, some challenging. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed, but with the support of my team and the guidance of my superiors, I managed to push through.
