Key steps of the competitive method:

1. First, an antibody is immobilized on the surface of the carrier.

3. After incubation and washing, the substrate is introduced, leading to a color change.
4. The color difference between the experimental and control groups is analyzed to determine the concentration of the unknown antigen.
