The filament lamp market is vying for a patent to become a "weapon"

According to the average selling price, the global LED filament lamp market reached 1.19 billion yuan in 2015. GGII expects the global LED filament lamp market to reach 2.9 billion yuan in 2016, a year-on-year increase of 294%.

As a fist product to replace the traditional incandescent lamp market, the future LED filament lamp market will remain at around 8 billion yuan.

The market space is so attractive, many LED companies have poured in, resulting in serious product homogeneity, increasingly fierce competition, and patents have naturally become a powerful "weapon" for companies to seize market share.

In recent years, with the listing of Ruidisheng's patented LED filament lamp products, there are more and more imitation lamps on the market, and the quality is uneven, which has a great impact on the brand image of patented products.

The LED filament lamp produced by Ruidisheng was developed by the team of retired researcher Ge Shichao of Zhejiang University. He revealed that on August 16th, they received a notice of acceptance from Shanghai Intellectual Property Court on the patent infringement of “Ri Disheng sued Zhejiang Mei X Electric Co., Ltd.”.

Peer in the "misunderstanding", Rui Disheng firmly defends the patent

Everyone knows that Rui Disheng has a complete set of filament lamp patents, but the specific patent content is not very clear. I think that "the tree is big, because some rumors from the outside world have caused many people to fall into the 'misunderstanding'."

First, because we have a large number of patented filament lamps, it is very difficult for other companies to clarify all of these patents. Therefore, some small lighting companies may not know much about the specific content of patents.

Second, Rui Disheng’s external publicity has not been strong, and many companies do not understand our attitude towards patent rights protection.

Third, in the future, Ruidisheng will develop together with the industry peers, based on cooperation, to achieve a win-win situation. (With regard to intentional infringement, we will still conduct "battle" to defend patent rights.)

They feature nickel-plating, and since most coin cells have nickel shells this helps to prevent galvanic corrosion, an electrochemical process that can damage dissimilar metals that are in electrical contact. Our retainers are always designed with automation in mind, and can be easily picked and placed, with both through hole and surface mount retainers available for most coin cell sizes.
