The LED tube test is tested according to the method required by the LM79-08 standard. The test items cover total luminous flux, light efficiency, correlated color temperature, color rendering index, total harmonic distortion, power factor, etc., and the test results are the latest DLC in the United States. (V2.1) requires a comparative analysis.

Compared with the requirements of DLC, the test data of the 18 lamp samples selected this time, no one product meets the overall requirements of DLC, and 8 of them meet the minimum luminous flux requirement, and the compliance rate is 44.4%.

In this round of test samples, 13 samples have nominal luminous flux on the outer packaging, accounting for 72.2%. The model of GC-T8-DG, the nominal luminous flux of 18W T8 fluorescent tube is 2200-2400 lm, and the measured luminous flux is 1332lm. , an increase of 39.5%.

The average luminous flux of the measured sample was 1331.1LM, of which the T5 fluorescent tube with 14W of daylight illumination had a measured light efficiency of 54.4lm/W and the measured luminous flux was 672lm.

Industry veterans said that the current LED light tube mainstream light efficiency is 85-95lm / W, manufacturers with higher technical requirements will achieve about 100lm / W.

Pan Jing, an engineer of Cinda Optoelectronics, said: "The luminous flux of T5 is generally about 70lm for a single watt, and multiplied by 14W is 980lm."

Compared with traditional light sources, traditional fluorescent lamps also have six or seventy lumens. The cost of LED tubes is also high, and the light efficiency should be higher than that of traditional fluorescent lamps. "The 14-watt LED tube has only 672 lumens, and the luminous flux is relatively low." Li Cuiying, product manager of Rieter, said.

Lin Min, R&D engineer of Top Lighting, said that there are several factors affecting luminous flux:

1. The light effect of the lamp itself is very low, and the whole light effect is not high; 2. The relationship between the lampshade and the low light transmittance will also affect the light effect of the lamp; 3. Power efficiency; 4. The lamp design is unreasonable. Unreasonable design is very rare, because today's lamp technology is very mature and very common.

The quality of domestic LED lighting products is uneven, on the one hand, the lack of standards, on the other hand, manufacturers simply pursue low cost, but Lai Cuiying believes that the current market chaos is only short-lived, after the introduction of the mandatory mandatory standards for the LED industry. Everyone has a law to follow, and the market will not be so chaotic. This is just a transitional stage.
