High-low voltage distribution cabinet level maintenance and secondary maintenance

Primary maintenance

1. Check that the busbar and its lower leads are secure.

2. Check that the secondary circuit wiring is secure, the fuse is intact, and the insulation resistance is shaken.

3. Capacitor cabinet inspection: When the air switch is disconnected without capacitor, the capacitor controller should be tested for action. The first break should be combined first, and the rear break should be combined to adjust the overvoltage protection, undercurrent protection and switching threshold. .

4. Each indicator light should be in good condition, check and adjust the circuit breaker, leakage switch, thermal relay, time relay, multi-function meter, etc.

5. Check whether the indicator light is normal, whether the position of the controller switch is normal, the operation should be normal, and whether the manual interlocking of the mechanical interlocking part is reliable.

6. Check if the fasteners of each soft starter and inverter are not loose.

Secondary maintenance

1. Check whether the drawer switch is flexible or not, its mechanical locking is reliable, and the contactor contacts are good.

2. Check whether the elastic force of each knife edge in the circuit breaker is normal and the arc extinguishing device is intact.

3. Check that each cable head wiring nut is tight.

4. After disconnecting the main switch of the power receiving cabinet and the communication cabinet, it should be flexible to shake out or shake out with a special rocker. The secondary wiring heads of each transformer and other contacts are well fastened without looseness, and the primary and secondary lines are free from mildew.
