(600707) issued a notice saying that on December 31, 2012, the actual controller Rainbow Group (hereinafter referred to as "Rainbow Group") was transferred to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on China Electronic Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. Rainbow Group's notice of restructuring of the company, Rainbow Group was integrated into China Electronic Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Electronics Group") by way of free transfer, becoming its wholly-owned subsidiary.

It now has 11 wholly-owned and holding companies, 10 shareholding companies and 1 directly affiliated company. It has 2 listed companies: Rainbow Shares and Rainbow Electronics (00438. HK); about 16,000 employees and total assets of more than 18 billion yuan. At present, Rainbow Group's color tube, LCD glass, photovoltaic glass, new luminescent materials and other businesses are ranked first in the world, energy-saving lighting, LED (light-emitting diode), OLED and other businesses are in the domestic industry first-class level.
